Refund & Returns Policy

You can return unused items in their original condition, with tags, within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email modavena@zohomail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or worn. Sale items may be non-refundable where stated.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days at modavena@zohomail.com and we'll put it right at no cost to you.

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service.
