Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Every order is sent tracked and insured.

Order processing

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 1–3 weeks (approximately 10–15 working days) from dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees — delays can happen during busy periods or customs processing.

Tracking

Once dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–4 days for the first updates to appear.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by local authorities; these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delayed or missing parcels

Your order is insured. If tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email modavena@zohomail.com with your order number and we'll open a carrier investigation.
